I thank Carmody for reporting on the divergence of streaming and tv airing ratings.  I’m a fan of Community (NBC) and watch it over a hot show The Big Bang Theory (CBS).  I think many who watch the BBT may later stream Community.  I’d be willing to pay to stream Community from Hulu Plus should NBC decide to pull it (I hope they don’t…). I like the way Carmody explains the availability of a variety of shows  based on audience and quotes Andy Forssell (Hulu Content VP).

These regulations are required by the CVAA & effect the producers of online video programs.
