The article presents a memorandum addressed to U.S. president Barack Obama concerning the media system and its reform. The author elaborates that access to communications and control over media content are vested in the hands of corporate titans. In this article, the author suggest on how to improve the U.S. media system. These includes to restore the original mission of the Federal Communications Commissions, support ownership limits and public oversight to foster media diverse.
