my comment: shame on you, Vangidneren: & you just plastered your tarnished name everywhere with this suit; perhaps use the law more wisely by legally changing your name to John Smith — you can hide behind a name like that - Second Circuit Declines Appeal of Rejected Tasini Settlement
summary: the rub of this case seems to circulate around which freelancers might benefit from the settlement (only those that registered copyright currently benefit If I understand the issue correctly).
